Title: Lucid dreaming books
Post by: anxhelino1234 on February 12, 2011, 23:44:27
Can someone support me in finding any books on the developing of lucid dreaming.
I basically want a book that can help me learn more about lucid dreaming and how to achieve it more easily.

I heard an author called Stephen LaBerge made a book about it called 'A journey to lucid dreaming' or something like that, but i want to know if its worth it or if there are any better books for this topic.

Thanks,

A while back I read LaBerge's book, "Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming".

I cant remeber what things I know came from there and what came from other sources but I remember thinking it was a decent book and being impressed by the scientific aproach he took.

Hi Anxhelino, I found more than 60 lucid dreaming books/papers/articles for you, but I'm not sure if it is allowed to post the link. They are all PDF.
So I will post it here and if it's not allowed I'm sure one of the moderators will remove it. If they do before you read this, just send me a PM and I will send you the link.  :-)

Awesome link!

I've been on that site before and never realised they had so many books there.

Thanks.

I read that too a while ago. It is the only lucid dreaming book I have read so far. I really liked it.

LaBerge's book is the canonical lucid dreaming text. Great practical methods for developing the skill. Robert Moss is another great author on the subject of dreams. I recommend starting with his books Dreamgates or Conscious Dreaming.

I second Robert Moss - he's a great conscious dreamer (he prefers this term over Lucid Dreamer) with a strong foundation in the original dreaming methods - shamanism.
