lucid dreams and the endocannabinoid system

ive heard of people dreaming about smoking cannabis in a dream or ld feeling and waking high. well ive tried to find ways to smoke and it not affect or even help my lding but i doubt its possible(if so help me!!!!! i cant get a rebound)    well could dreaming of this affect ur dreams not in the sense you did it in a dream but could it cause like a release of endocannabinol suppressing REM sleep??

Just stop smoking pot for a month or so and see what happens. It's a simple and straight-forward experiment that should answer your question. I think you'll be surprised.

i finally had a result actually just about an hr ago sunday i smoked a dime size ball of resin smeared on a cig then monday i took a z bar and drank some vodka then tuesday i stayed sober and this mornin id slept great and still felt my body relaxed and fell asleep in school and had a dream(not ext long & vivid but more than a norm dream)     question tho why do i keep dreaming about bein in school?? and what about my endocannabinol question??
