Nightmares

You know that's hard to say, but a few weeks back I posted a topic almost identical to this one.  Before bed I would do energy work and make attempts to open my brow chakra.  After doing so I had profound nightmares, which are very uncommon for me as I have almost never had a nightmare.  This is something that I think people should look into further.  I don't believe that dreams have any barring in real life.  I believe they are meaningless subconcious expressions.  But what factors must be present to bring on nightmares?  I haven't done energy work in week or so and have had no nightmares.  Tonight I will do energy stimulation and see what kinds of dreams I have.  As far as I know this is becoming more common, but the reason still remains a mystery.  I think some personal research is in order!

Well I tried it and didn't have any nightmares last night.  Before sleep I was reading "The Vampire Chronicles" and I dreamt I was a vampire myself.  But it wasn't a nightmare.  I guess that just goes to show how easily the subconcious mind can be influenced.  Perhaps the nightmares are occuring because of something stress related in your daily routines.  Do you find it difficult to relax?  Is something bothering you that you may not be dealing with?  Wish I could be more helpful.

The last couple of nights, before I am about to go to sleep, I try to remote view, but I end up just going to sleep while I meditate. The last few nights I have been having nightmares. I want to know if this has any relations to me trying to remote view before I go to bed and I guess just leaving my mind "open" for negative and positive energies and I get the negative ones making me have nightmares.
