The only useful thing I got out of that movie was the "spinning top" visual. I use it as a launching pad while Phasing.

Here's what one of the creators says about it:

McGuigan said that he uses his Remee several times a week, but he admitted that reaching a state of lucidity can be 'hard' and does not happen every time.

So it's basically the same as using anything else - it might help a bit but won't do it for you. And they are creating an existing product. Maybe this one is actually affordable? That would be different.
