congradulations! good dream recall is very important, if you can remember all the little details about a dream, your not that far away from becoming lucid. thats strange how you mention de ja vu, i guess its different for some. i used to get de ja vu all the time, it was really commen, but now i have not had it in a very long time, at least a couple of monthes. its ironic because i have been having more lucid dreams in the past couple of monthes than i have in a really long time lol. so im not sure if de ja vu is a sign of lucidity comming. i was thinking today about lucid dream triggers, and i realized the only one i really have is physical activity. when im doing something physical in my dreams (particularlie something like boxing) im really slow, almost like im underwater and i immediatly become lucid. i thought that was strange because i have never heard of that being a trigger but it works for me all the time. another trigger i though about that worked was drugs [}:)] even though i dont do anything like that anymore, i still do in my dreams and then i sit and wait for the imaginary "substance" too take effect when i realize "woah im already feeling out of it" then i realize im in a dream. i dont know if the latter one would work for you, but if your phyisicly active i would pay attention to how your body feels as you exorsice, i find that works better than anything else. good luck and when you do become lucid, make sure too post about it!

Hello everyone,

It's amazing, my dreams are becoming more clear as I write as much details about them as I can upon waking up.  When I first started this my dream mind was so out of align that when I was read them at night I couldn't even remember the dreams I wrote in detail only a feeling confirming I did have it.

I have been reading Astral Dynamics and Robert Bruce mentioned that the problem and solution with OBE's lies in dream memory recall.

another thing I want to mention is that De Ja Vu has increased in my daily life, when its happening I feel like I dreamed the whole event before or it happened before and then couple of seconds later my mind would return to normal and I would say that is silly, DE ja vu is just plain weird and cannot be fully understood but I think it is closely related to the dream mind.

for all you people who can get lucid in their dreams I ENVY YOU [V]
but everyone has to work hard for that goal.[^]
