Marks and sensations

When I have had some dreams where stuff happened I then in real life have discovered I have a)marks or b)sensation after the touch etc. Been bruises or been reddish on skin where normally that would not happen. Is there a way to protect myself from getting my real body to get like that after some of these dreams? When people ask I have no explanation and have to make one up but will more often say "I don't know".
