hahaha
sweet

last night was my first experience of a lucid dream, it was grat even though it only lasted about ten seconds,

the lucidness came after i realised i was walking around in my boxers in school and i sat down, i said to myself hang on this is a dream and to prove it i stood up and went to take off in a superman stance i shot up and managed to reach the really high ceiling, i thought i would fall but i didn't i kept floating like swimming in mid-air, but then i got the feeling i was being taken away from the lucidness i tried to stay but i was sucked back in and ended up somewhere completely different, is their a way to lengthen a lucid dream :-D :? :-D :? :-D :?

Syke

congrats on your first lucid.
sounds like my first one.. just dong something weird and thinkin... 'waaiit a minute.....'

the more you do it the easier it will be to stay in and stay in control. many people will probably also say to do energy work before sleep.... but i personally don't see a difference in lucid dreams.

you just have to learn how long to stay focussed on one thing.. you can also call for my clarity when you feel you're losing it... simply by shouting as loud as you can "MORE CLARITY!" or "MORE ENERGY".. whatever you want really. it also helps to have a goal for your next LD... that way you dont just waste time flying around or summoning pretty girls... unless thats your goal of course haha.
but having something to do can keep you on track and keep your mind lucid.

in the end though it's best to take little from everyone else and do your best at finding your own way... no two people are the same in this area, so find what works best for you.
