I'm not sure that undergoing an OBE really means you have left your body. I've always been skeptical about that one. I plan, in the near future, to unduce and OBE from a lucid dream and perform a few reality checks, to see whats goin down.

Okay. A few notes on my experiences and ?s about LDs.
For the past week or so, I've had lucid dreams almost every night. They all become lucid the moment when I face an osticale and realize that I can just fly over it. Then the dream remains lucid and I remember all of it, from about 15 minutes before the "awareness awakining" (as I call it) to when I wake up. Last night, I did not even need to fly for the dream to become lucid. Let's just hope that the world did not end the way it did in the dream.
Anyway, my LD questions:
1) When you are LDing that you are out of body, how 'actually' out of body are you? For example, once I was "dreaming" that I was out of body and later realized it was a dream Also, About a week ago, I felt the onslaught of an OBE and decided to crawl out of body onto the floor, but when I did I found I could not use my legs. I then "fell alseep" on the floor and awoke in my body after an inderminable lenghth of time. There were no entry sensations, so I don't know if I should classify this as an OBE or an OBE themed LD (OBETLD?)
2) How seriously do I take elements from dreams that seem to be advice for running my life?
