i love nightmares, i love how my heart is racing when i wake up...how do i make myself have one?

Fall asleep while watching a scary movie. Preferably one with a man in a mask who has a large blade of some sort. (I kinda like nightmares too.)

"Scary movies" arn't really scary, its just a reason to be gory.

and haha i had so much trouble at the end of super mario three...could be be cause i used game genie and it froze if i didn't do something right at the end...dunno but i need to find that game again.

are you freaking crazy!  All I have is Nightmares, thats it.  And I have a pretty active imagination.  If you can actually enjoy your nightmares, either they are not that vivid to you, or you are WAY braver than I am.  Personally I'd love to have a good dream for once.

Final Destination 2 made me laugh...especially at the end with the incredibly fake arm falling in front of the mother...with a predictable death...its...hilarious, its so cheesy


tried eating...just made me feel more relaxed...and we have nothing spicy :\ and i hate taco bell/hut

last time i watched final destination.. i dreamed that i had a vision of us all dying.. and then i went back in time.. and my friends started dying, but i saved them.. and then, they died anyway.. lol.. but i survived... it was FUN!!

the dark!

i just got up to go to the bathroom, for some reason, i pictured that a demon was going to be behind my door when i opened it, me being 21 yr old man, i knew that it wasn't going to be there...i opened my door...darkness...i started to get creeped out a bit. i went into the bathroom, turned on the light before i went in like i normally do...but...i wouldn't look in the mirror, i always look into the mirror when i walk in. im standing there doing what i went in there to do...still felt creeped out like there was something else in the bathroom with me. i got done, walked by the mirror made myself look into it...only i was in the bathroom. i walked out the door, left the light on and my arm still in the bathroom. i stretched out to my room opened the door, turned off the light with me left hand, and went in my room as fast and quiet as i could.


now...

any ideas on how i could use darkness to make myself have a nightmare?

don't hide from the dark... embrace it! sleep with your leg hanging over the edge of the bed, and leave your closet door open.. so the boogey monster can get you!!  you'l be uncomfortable and afraid falling asleep, and since you're thinking about being afraid, u might even dream about the boogey monster!!

lol theres too much light in my room for my leg hanging over to do anything...but the closet thing...thats scary...sometimes when i leave it open, i can see a figure...when really its clothes hanging up and stuff half falling down from the shelf above...
