I normally know if Im lucid but this time... It kinda did... It kinda didnt...

I was in California. I was at a party filled with kids and adults.  I played with them until I got tired.  Then I saw this old guy, watching my mom.  I asked, "What are you doing?"  
He answered, "Just watching."
They were watching T.V. The news suddenly popped up.  'Emergency Alert'.  They said that there was an Atom Bomb coming towards the U.S.  They said they don't know who's throwing it but its coming.  And its probably going to hit tomorrow.  
So, I told dad I wanted to say 'Bye' to Tayve(my crush/ex... I dumped him, Do NoT AsK!!)  So, All of a sudden, Me and my dad appeared in Washington.  We were infront of the school that was nearby Tayve's.  We walked up the hill, saw an elementary school.  Then saw Tayve's house.  Dad knocked on the door and we came in.  Joseph(Tayve's bro) was playing Nintendo.  And I didn't remember my brother coming, But all of a sudden he walked over to Joseph and played games.  Tayve's mom and my dad were talking about the Atom Bomb.  I looked at Tayve... I said, "Bye... I can't believe the atom bomb is coming..."
Then, all of a sudden, Tayve said, "Hah, I bet you I can beat you at a fight."
Then I tackled him, then pinned him down and he said, "STOP! STOP!"
I woke up.  I thought I had really woke up but then I thought to myself, Oh MAN! The atom bomb is coming!
I got so scared I got up and saw the chordless phone not hung up.  I saw my mom sleeping on the couch.  But I wasnt sure she was sleeping though.  I picked up the phone and I thought it was dad.  I checked the caller ID and the same person showed up.  115 New Callers.  I said, "Hello?"
The old guy that watched my mom said, "Hey."
I said, "Dad, Im kind of scared... The bomb..."
"Im not your dad," said the guy.
Then mom woke up, she signaled Hang up Hang up!  So, I did.  I said, "Should I call the police?"
Mom nodded yes.  Dad came in and said, "They wont do anything about it!"
Then I woke up... Can you interpret this?
