I think the question should be what do YOU think it meant?  Were you happy, sad, angry?..etc.  Was there anyone else there?  Where were you?  You get the idea..[]  If you start a journal that will help you start understanding the symbols you see in your dreams.

Well, I remember two dreams from last night but the RC check thing was just a tiny fragment and I don't remember any other details from that one. I do keep a journal, by the way. I have no idea what it means.

It means KEEP TRYING!  Reality check - "RC" - Reality Check - Coincidence???

It will no doubt take some time to build the discipline and ability to be lucid, but I think this is a sign that things are definitely in process - so keep trying.

Things have been in "process" for a year already and I'm getting pretty tired of it. I've had only one LD and I lost it immediately.

hey Aura,

I think kiauma provided you with a very important clue by seeing what the RC means. Your reality checks are ineffective, they are too cursory and routine.

When you're doing the reality check during the day, you have to really mean it. You're verifying to make sure you're not dreaming, not just doing a check so you can tell yourself you did one. That's what the dream did, it confirmed the reality check is done, you can relax and dream on.

I'm disappointed at the moment. I remember doing a reality check, and looking at my hand and seeing the letters RC in a dream last night. Know what though? No lucidity! Comments?
