ODD "obe" From Dream..

OK about 6 or 7 years ago i had an OBE from my dream....

I still remember it perfect...
while I was sleeping (wasnt lucid) This guy asked me a question...as I was about to answer, then his eyes grew wide as I went to answer him I blurted it out and as i was yelling it, I acually come out of my body and just screamed! i was only out for like maybe 5 seconds and i went straight back to sleep into my body

there is no way this wasnt an "OBE" because I could see my Dad Sitting On The Couch watching T.V next to me..


Could this dream mean anything?
If so what does this mean???
and how did this dream trigger such a Obe?
