Is it normal to feel physical sensations while dreaming?

 Hello Scarlett and Welcome!  :-)

The more consciously aware you are in your Dreams, the more "real" they will be. So yes, you can get tactile/physical sensations as well. Actually you can access every one of your "six" senses in your Dreams.   8-)
