I mean, really. I can usually trace where my dreams come from...but not this comment from a dream character.

Can't remember the details but a shopkeeper (I think) said 'what's that smell' while looking at me walking over. This was said neutrally and not nastily. I asked what she thought it (I) smelled of and she replied...

I mean, really?!!!!

Andy Pandy was a British children's TV series.  Maybe the dream character was trying to remind you of your childhood.  Did you ever watch any when you were younger?  :-)

I find that these "out of the blue" comments and happenings aid us with our Dream recall. They certainly do catch our attention and stay in our minds. Perhaps this will lead to you remembering more about your Dream later today.

The other day while in a OBE, a attractive young lady, walked up to a table I was sitting at and began rubbing against me. I questioned why, she replied "to help me gain awareness". It worked too. I was becoming too involved in the scenario, getting too deeply immersed in it, at the time and my conscious awareness was beginning to wane.

Andy Pandy, lol, I recall it well from the 60's. Perhaps the other characters may give you a clue.

:-D I'm a Brit and of the right age, ahem, so I know Andy Pandy (not personally though)  :-D

Maybe it is a new lucid trigger, although it seemed to jolt me awake rather than alert but still asleep.

It just seemed such a random, silly thing to be a smell. Maybe I smell innocent? Young? Daft?  :-P

Teddy is innocent enough but Looby Loo had always been a difficult character from what I recall, problem arises when you can't recall an details lol.

You could never really trust Looby Loo, could you?!
