I haven't tried lucid dreaming in a while and thought I would start again. I went to sleep with my headphones on and I had a playlist, it consists of:
1.http://youtu.be/tU3oAyin8W4
2.http://youtu.be/PbRoUSW6f2o
3.http://youtu.be/PbRoUSW6f2o
On 2 and 3 I've cut out the intro and the file has just the part after 0:26. The first music just calms me with the background music, I don't really listen to it for that binaural beat. And the second and third one is there for inducing lucid dreaming.
I went to sleep at 11 pm, didn't have any experience, I forgot if I've dreamt something. After that, for some reason, I woke up at 2:00 am when the third video was starting, and I kept hearing like one note from a piano getting louder and louder. I ignored it at first (I got used to someone's technique of astral projection, where I'm keeping my eyes shut when I wake up and not move my body at all), then, after a few seconds, I heard it again and I opened my eyes, didn't see anything around me. I stood in my bed thinking where could that come from, no idea. Checked back the mp3 file from the start till where it was when I woke up, it didn't have any piano music in it. What could have happened there? Random piano note intensifying? lol
Maybe it was just my imagination? I've had this in the past, where I woke up and heard clearly a bunch of dudes humming for 2 or 3 seconds.
Welcome to my world This is clairaudience. You hearing shadow music and you are generating that. It's kinda fun but it's best to focus and go beyond that area.
