Weird Experience...

Few months ago i had a dream which, few days later, manifested in real life...

Something like this: I was walking down the street with my two friends... we stopped in front of store to buy cigarettes and when we came out, one dude approached to us...
Me:"He'll say hi"
Him:"Hi"
Me:"He'll ask my cellphone number"
Him:"Can i get your cellphone number?"
Me:
So i started to think what will happen next, and i thought of red car passing by, next moment red car passed by   , ok now bird fly by, bird fly by    
First i thought i had deja vu, but it was very strange experience to call it like that... so i remembered a same dream like this experience, but i was still confused...
Anybody with this kind of experience?

It used to happen all the time in my first year of projecting.. But never anything as specific as that!

Or was it just a dream where you
had a gift to foretell the future ?

Well, you can say that i in one hand foretell the future, but in the other hand you can say that i had dream like that... that is why i'm confused... it seems that i can't accept deja vu as an answer for this experience...

I had a similar experience when I was in the Marine Corps.  It used to happen a lot back then.  I was living in Japan at the time and it pretty much stopped when I left there.  

It is weird.  I feel almost as if, choosing to leave Japan took my life down a different "uncharted" path.  As if I had lived this life before and made all of the same decisions up until that point.  I never have those feelings or "Deja Vu" like experiences anymore (It has been 10 years since I left).  

In reality though, I probably just stopped paying as much attention to my dreams.  I miss that feeling though.
