I thought I might share some of my recurring dream powers that I have accumulated over the years that I am able to access within dreams, whether they are lucid or not.

Name: "I'm not here" Invisibility
Summary: This ability is a battle of willpower. Instead of actually making me 'invisible' in the dream world, it makes it that the other dream characters don't acknowledge my presence.
Limitations/Conflicts: It is a tug-of-war with my mind in order to actually make sure the other characters are fooled by my trick. Sometimes I am not able to overcome it. I've also found that at times the characters hear me and become suspicious and try to touch me and they become aware of my presence.
Non-Lucid Frequency: Medium-High
Memorable Dream: I was on my porch and these demonic clowns were trying to attack me but I used it to hide from them.
Origin/Activation: I haven't seen Star Wars, but from what I know, the way I use the power is similar to the force's "These are not the drones you're looking for" mental manipulation.

Name: Phasing
Summary: I can walk through walls or allow objects to pass through me as if I'm not solid.
Limitations/Conflicts: This power can overwhelm my mind as my mind tries to create the image for what's 'inside' the object, or what's on the other side of a wall.
Non-Lucid Frequency: Low-medium
Memorable Dream: I was in the middle of the street and a car was coming towards me and I was unable to move out of the way in time. I used it and managed to completely avoid any harm, as well as see the inside of the car without breaking conscious.
Origin/Activation: I sort of cringe and make myself 'feel' translucent. I imagine it as if I am Danny Phantom.

Name: Slow Fall
Summary: When falling from a great height, I slow down the fall in order to avoid getting hurt. I can use this to maneuver through cliffsides without having to take the long way around. I can also jump off buildings.
Limitations/Conflicts: Sometimes it doesn't work. I have this doubt each time I'm falling whether it will activate in time or not. I need to work on my intentions so that I can be certain it works.
Non-Lucid Frequency: Pretty much occurs every dream where I'm falling.
Memorable Dream: I was driving and I fell off the road and started to plummet into the valley. I managed to activate it so that the whole car was under its effect.
Origin/Activation: I'm practically 100% certain this came from when I used to play World of Warcraft. My priest character had an ability called levitation that I activated pressing Shift+Space and it saved me from fall deaths. However, I've died almost 1000 times from falling in the few years I've played due to pressing the wrong keys, server lag, not having the right reagent, or bad timing. This attributes to my mental doubt whenever I'm falling. I usually activate it by imagining I'm pressing my keybind.

Name: Underwater Breath
Summary: I can breathe underwater.
Limitation/Conflicts: Practically none, as the only time it isn't available is when I'm dreaming I'm drowning.
Non-Lucid Frequency: All underwater dreams except when dreaming I'm drowning, as listed above. I usually make no note of it. Sometimes serves as a gateway into a Lucid Dream.
Memorable Dream: I was a mutant and my super power was underwater breath. Didn't occur to me at the time that the reason I was able to breathe was because my body was still getting its oxygen supply.
Origin/Activation: I have to tell myself my body is safely receiving its required air so I don't panic.

Name: Water Walking
Summary: I can walk on water as if it was land.
Limitations/Conflicts: Hard to get on top of the water if I'm swimming, but easy if I enter on top.
Non-Lucid Frequency: Very Rare
Memorable Dream: I was at a swimming pool and I was freaking people out with my power.
Origin/Activation: If I know I won't sink, I won't sink.

Name: Flying
Summary: I take control of ethereal angel wings from my back and I flap them in order to gain height.
Limitation/Conflicts: Very hard to control at times, sometimes while ascending I get electrocuted by wires in the street. If I go too high, the view of the city/landscape can overwhelm my mind and break conscious.
Non-Lucid Frequency: Funny story, it's becoming more and more common. I feel as if I'm a butterfly who recently gained wings.
Memorable Dream: I was flying on my school campus trying to show off but nobody thought it was that big of a deal, despite the fact I was the only one who could do it.
Origin/Activation: I tighten my body and then release. During release, I picture wings sprouting. I then flap them to rise into the sky. I often combine this with the invisibility power so no one sees me. It's difficult to control on the X and Z axis. A recent lucid dream allowed me to turn to light and zoom towards my destination. In that particular dream I was trying to outrun monsters so under pressure I managed to gain that control. I haven't been able to replicate it.

Name: Invincibility
Summary: I'm immune to all harm.
Limitations/Conflicts: Haven't run into very many. Only thing I can think of is it often triggers my pride complex within my dreams as I start feeling like I 'own' my dream world.
Non-Lucid Frequency: This ability is almost exclusively lucid.
Memorable Dream: I was at a bar and there were some criminals trying to beat me up but I just fought them off without a single scratch.
Origin/Activation: If I realize I'm dreaming, I can convince myself that nothing can hurt me.

Name: Creation
Summary: Able to create things from scratch.
Limitations/Conflicts: Many.
Non-Lucid Frequency: Only ever experienced this once.
Memorable Dream: I only had this happen one of my most recent lucid dreams. This was the one that led to my first AP. I fell off a cliff and managed to land unharmed, I then tried building a tower to get back up so I made a crate and started stacking them. I guess I could really envision creating something larger than myself.
Origin/Activation: As a game design major, I've recently been experimenting with 3DS Max. If you hold shift while dragging an object, it clones the object. Also, in my stories I'm writing, the deuteragonist's main power is being a demigod of creation, and later on in the story's progression, the three main heroes find a way to share the powers with each other. As my main protagonist is based on me, I was able to absorb the story's elements to allow me to believe I had the power to create.

I have more 'abilities' but they are activated from dream artifacts instead. If anyone wants to share any of there abilities, feel free to do so! I might get some ideas of things to do in my dream playground!

It looks like you've learned a few basics.
There's far more out of context with your physical world limitations.
Given time you will find these appearing. Everything you posted above is irrelevant in these experiences.
To improve the falling slowdown, all you need is faith in yourself. Once you realise it's actually you who's stopping this effect from occuring because you have doubt in your ability, the problem dissapears.
I know you can do this and more, now you should convince yourself of the same.
Been there and worn that T-shirt decades ago.
You are learning well.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

I just read the list. Flying is one I do the most out of all of them in dreams. Although, I can't seem to do it willy-nilly. It usually is only able to happen when I am in situation that is critical and that in the real world would have caused a massive Adrenaline spike. like, for instant, when a Hearse drives up to my house and the driver is really bad.

I have purposefully "Flash-Stepped" in a dream to try it out because I heard about it in the waking world in an Anime.

I have used Forcecraft in a dream to teleport from a Hospital to a convenience store.

I have, only one time though, combined flying and Dragon-ball Z type energy ball throwing.

I once, in a dream, used a phrase that supposedly opens a portal to Hell that I learned from the Internet. A massive whole ripped open in the wall of my basement. It was a tunnel that led to, surprisingly, the portcullis to a Hell-portal from a TV show I used to watch.

I have much to learn too. For instant, my success at hiding and general stealth in dreams leaves much to be desired. I cannot seem to do these even though my wellbeing at the time hinged on it. :(
