Weird night

I had been out for my works xmas party and obviously had to have a couple of drinks and it was just a couple. Anyway when I got home the last thing on my mind was trying to astral project as I lay in bed and relaxing I started getting the ringing in my ears and focussed on this thinking that I may AP this didn't happen as my baby twins woke and disturbed my focus. So I gave ul but as I fell.asleep I began dreaming which I must say doesn't happen very often. Now for the dream from what o can remember of it I was working in a residential learning disability home and the other staff who I actually work with hooked up and went to bed and if I rem right 1 of em.hooked up with my sister in law, so as you do I called my dad for advice he told me.he wpuld be there to sort it out then it jumped to me looking round this houseto find my dad and when I went in a room I found him in bed with a young female staff member. This is when my twins woke again and I woke.
The dream was vivid and I had what I think was conscious control of my actions so I am assuming this was a lucid dream was it?

It's in the ballpark. Everyone's experience is different so it's a little hard to compare. Your mental state was  somewhat alert half listening for the babies... thats when things tend to get interesting.  I used to work a periodic night shift so I didn't have time to get used to the shift. It got weird.
