sweaty dreams?!?!?

ive noticed over the past few nights that every time i awake to write down a dream(ive gotten to the point i slowly awake after im gonna guess almost every dream....atleast the only ones i truly recall) im sweating and not just a little but i keep my room cold with a fan and my door almost closed. ive actually had to wipe the sweat off me and turn the fan off when i write my dreams down cause the sweat and cold air makes me so cold......why would i be sweating so badly and just about everytime??

Your body may just be naturally responding to things while you're asleep. Don't worry about it. Try wearing shorts and a short sleeved shirt to reduce heat.
