Telekinese dream

It was most entertaining . I was going about some business when things began to hower and fall , i was afraid at first .But suddenly i realised something ,it was me . I became aware of a connection to the things around me. I was no longer just me but could send some of my spirit out into things  .

At first i barely could knock something over , but i became also aware that it was not enough to send some spirit into things i had to connect the spirit to the matter wich the thing was made up  of.
The feeling of doing it was extraordinery , espesially the connection to the things i was influencing.

I remember moving earth was pretty hard as it had no clear boundery but with great effort I could manage to get a chunk (about 3 kilos).

Water however was pretty much impossibly no matter what and when i tried i just ended up with the water looking something like it would if you where cooking "the invisible man"(assuming he would kick trash around like a normal person would).

Thats about what i remember from it. I fully remember the feeling from it but i cannot perform the sending of spirit into things ,or do telekinese any other way for that matter.

Curius how wierd it is that the mind can come up with so strange consepts . And it felt real. If such things is possible i feel almost certain thats what it would feel like.  

Anyway i was wondering if those of you that can influence(tk) things ,do it anyway remotly like it ? Since from the exercises i read about it seems it all visualisations in the mind mostly.
