Symbolic Dreams of late

Strange dreams of late. I've changed my OBE techniques quite considerably, and the most noticeable difference is the dramatic change in dream vividness, lucidity and cohesiveness.
Last nights dream contained a giant – or more like I and people with me were minute, so the normal humans were about 500 feet high. We were at war, and at one point of the dream I was under one of these giants and shooting him up the nose with a machine gun (). He obviously didn't like this, and so gave chase.
Next it was like déjà vu. It was decided and I knew what to do. This involved trying to escape to a 'mouse hole' where I knew we would be safe. But the giant was giving chase. There were gigantic red rail tracks flailing wildly about as we ran past.
Anyway, the man somehow got to the area behind the mouse hole and I was cornered, but I had enough lucidity to change the dream.
Another dream from last night contained a figure whose natural state was a being of pure blinding white light – but he had a human form too. I was in a dark hole with him (like a dungeon) and I knew his true state. He turned into the figure of light when feeding, and feeding meant death to the victim.
There was tension in the air as I was alone and I knew what was coming, so I made a run for it. He was shouting after me as he gave chase. I escaped, but one of the people with my group (from a previous dream who were outside the hole) was injured, so we brought them back to the place where this being lived. It seems he could heal as well as destroy. So I told him in no uncertain terms to  heal my friend.

It might not seem very exciting, but I had about 5 dreams last night and I can remember most word for word . And lately my dreams have been populated with powers, psychic phenomenon and archetypes. Usually Goddesses or female beings with immense power (does this suggest something??) – although 'God' was in my dream a few nights back (he was 'male' or his/its energy felt 'male'), and what seemed to be the tower of babble (being built by huge stone golems).

Death has played a frequent part in recent dreams too, including questions of what truly happens when we die. A few nights back in a very vivid dream I and a group were being led to a white chamber in a religious compound (it looked like a Christian monastery populated by Monks etc). The chamber was an incinerator and we seemed to be going there through free choice to be killed.
I guess I was afraid and so made an excuse to get away from there – but my partner was in our group and she continued to the chamber. In my dream she died, which was terrible. But later she was alive and in my arms again. She had full knowledge of what happened in the chamber, and spoke of the pain of flesh burning etc. But then, she remembers being alive again but none of what happened in between. A few days before that I was studying what seemed to be my own headless corpse (which was unusual lol ).

I should really start writing my dreams down again.

Sarah nods.   :cookiemonster:

It is so important to do and so easy to 'give up'.

I am just embarking on another spell of writing my dreams - they are so telling!

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.
