Thich Nat Hanh has written some wonderful thoughts on mindfulness. He is the Vietnamese Zen priest who has written a number of books. I had the opportunity to hear him speak a few years ago, and his words were certainly enlightening.
Mindfulness may help with lucid dreaming, that's true. However there exists a great website on LD, for those who would like to take a look at the website of Stephen LaBerge, it can be found at: http://www.lucidity.com
Very best,
Take a few moments and become aware of the present moment. Being here in mindfullness is the basis for Lucid Dreaming. Its not about being somewhere else in a dreamstate. Its about presence.
