Title: Summarize SILD

Can any of you please summarize the SILD method for me? I read this post, I forgot who by, but it had so much information I was just kind of confused on how to actually do it.

Also, has anyone had success with this method? Do you think it is a good place to start?

It's a term used for someone trying well outside their capabilities.
Its not related to ANYONE from the pulse.
