Hey,
I just wanted to share some observations I made during my last dreams.
First of all you have to know that I don't remember dreams too often (maybe once in a month)
I only seem to remember dreams that aid me in life (in general)
Supporting entity:
Since not so long ago, in every dream I can remember there's always an entity by my side. When I meet up with it I always am glad to see it (think it's a girl of my age, but I can't distinguish a face) and when we met up she is always next to me, and I can't seem to look at her). When she is next to me it seems she is calming me when the dream would make me emotional (in a primitive way, example in next observation)
-----------------------------
Re-imaging imaginary friend:
For this you should know when I was very young, I had an imaginary friend (I didn't do activities with it, it just would be there. It looked like a young child looking 'alien'
Now for the re-emerging, On the end of a dream I was ripped from my present location and was put in the kitchen where my sister was studying. I looked out the window (Normally the blinds should have been shut - it was night - but they weren't) and i saw an 'alien'. it looked smaller then me 1,50 meter, something like the Asgard form stargate sg-1 but more expressive and muscular.
When I was ripped from the dream to the other, my supporting entity was gone too.
Now for the primitive emotion:
When I saw the 'alien' looking at me (or my sister) I got very angry, lost control of my actions and started chasing the 'alien'. Once close enough I look into the 'alien' eyes. to my surprise they are not black and show the emotion of fear and concern. After that I realize I was acting like a cave to the unknown.
I wake up, and immediately feel bad about my actions toward the 'alien' plus I feel the emotion of loss and sadness.
After thinking it over I came to the following conclusions.
-The 'alien' is the impersonation of my fear of the unknown. Very logical choice If you would know that I would be very afraid of 'aliens' (something that occurred in my childhood) but I would be very curious at the same time. Curiosity is a good ability to have to overcome fear
-The 'alien' is a grown-up version of my 'imaginary friend who remained passive'. I came to this conclusion after reading an article about imaginary friends. A picture of my childhood 'alien' came to my memory and it looked like a past picture of my present 'alien'
-----------------------------
Dreams with a goal:
It seems my dreams try to put me in situations that would ask of me to overcome fears, these dreams grow gradually more complex and absurd.
-----------------------------
I describe the impersonation of my fear of the unknown as an 'alien' because that's the only name I can find for it. Don't think I'm ufo crazy or something alike. :-)
