When i have started to write dream journal, i always put few sentences how i couldn't keep pleasure dreams or lucid dreams...
It seemed to me that when you're happy in dream you can't keep it so i try with two techniques: rubbing my palms on each other or spinning around one thing or point.
It is very interesting that i read about this two techniques year ago and they helped me but another interesting thing is that remembered them better than
being aware of dream and reality... what i want to say is when dream starts to fade away or black out i remember technique but i couldn't remember of awareness...

Write your techniques if you use them, thank you

spinning works for me. just start to spind around it usually gets you back as you starts to wake up.

What works best for me is to try to read something in the dream, hold dream people or ask dream people to hold me, and touch dream structures.
Where does this silence come from?

The best technique I discovered was to stamp my feet and clap my hands quite hard. The sting of the internal stimulus seemed to easily override the encrouching external stimulus.

The only thing I do to stay in a dream, is when I feel myself wake up, I just say no, like I say it in my head ( as a thought within the dream).
"Come and See"
So I looked, and behold a dark angel.  And the name of him was Life, and Hell fell before him.
And power was given to him over the whole of the earth, to clense with mind, with sword, with light and by the love of the earth.

I try to focus on something without distraction. Ride the wave.

I usually just wake up,
but if I turn over and try to sleep again fast enough,
I sometimes end up in the same dream / scenery / ...
so I can still continue the dream...

I think they are weird.  I don't think to do stuff like that.  I usually just take a second, stop what I am doing, and try to refocus my thoughts.  I just stand, sit, or lay there, no stamping, clapping, or shaking.  I just do what I do in real life when I am having a hard time concentrating.

The majority of time when I've tried to stay focused and nothing else, my mind remains lucid, but the environment fades until there is nothing but a grey colour.
