If you remember your dreams, and start writing them down, you'll start to remember them better and better right? That will help with lucid dreams

Well one night I had a dream, woke up and wrote it down the next morning. The proceding night I had a dream and wrote it down the next morning. Then I did not have a dream on the third night, but had one the next night and wrote it down. So I have three entries in my journal.

I had maby 3-6 dreams sense I last wrote in my journal and I DO NOT plan on recording them. I will try and use the method that DOA suggested to me. Take a read for your self!
If you want to remember your dreams just repeat several times as you go to bed "I remember my dreams I remember my dreams" I found that I remembered dreams first night of doing this. IF it doenst come right away it will in a few days or so. As you continue to do this I have found you remember more and more and evenutally you have lucid dreams.

Then when you find you remember dreams everynight you start saying " When I am dreaming I realize Im dreams and you eventually become lucid.....

DOA

So far its working, last night I dreamed and I did infact say Im gonna dream four times.

Because when I lay down in my bed at night, and do some energy work  (Pull it in from my legs, send it through my body, send it to the Sub-navel energy storage thigner, repeat, sometimes, draw it in through my head and arms, NEW kinda stuff(?)) I tend to have more vivid dreams, and I tend to remember more of it when I wake up.

It's like this: I'm in the dream, stuff is happening, I'm aware of what's happening, but not that it's a dream, I wake up, think huh? Recall most or parts of the dream, go to sleep, forget it, repeat (sometimes).

So, you think if I keep a Handy Dandy Notebook at hand, write down the dreams whenever I wake up, and figure out Blue's clues, I'll have more lucid dreams?

I mean, if I can't have meditation induced out of body experience, might as well go at it a different way, neh?
I need a signature that isn't stupid. :/
