Recurrent Dream - Fainting at Work

I had this dream for the second time today, only the circumstances were different.

The first time I had it, I fainted over near the Control section (team that issues work from the customers).

The second time (today) my last memory was sitting down at the cafeteria...when I was revived at the nurse's station, I was told that I was found face down and that nobody saw me faint. As the nurse and a doctor were administering tests, I remember saying something to the effect of "one more thing to go wrong with me..."

My boss came in the room and said something to the effect of "what happened? you said you were going down to study and that was more than three hours ago?" Much to my amazement, this made no sense to me.

Flash forward to a scene where I am gliding down a classroom hall (think high school) with teachers' names on them. I see one with my boss' name on it and the dream ends.

----

My comments: What's weird about this dream is that this second occurrence happened on the same day another work-related dream came true... :?

perhaps it's because of a tumor or somthing. and your mind is telling you that you have a tumor on the brain or something.
Man, that's harsh.

An idea: Maybe it has something to do with a feeling of having a lack of control at your job (fainting in the "control" section), and the parts with your boss, who is the person that is (or should be) in control. Not having control over a situation is a common fear that's easily expressed in dreams.
