Hi auraseer,  It usually takes people a few months of training before having a lucid dream. If you've never had one before, the first one may be difficult.  The technique you are using is a good one. You should stay awake for about ten to twenty minutes before falling back to sleep. Imagine all the things you could do in a dream. Fantasize! Let your imagination take control for a while. Then fall asleep and see what happens.  Just like OBEs and projections, they don't happen magically overnight.

Hi,
I set my clock to go off for 7:15 am so it would wake me up and I could try to have a lucid dream. The next morning, it woke me up at 7:15 and I fell asleep with my mind awake. Then, after that, nothing happened.

Can someone please tell me what I did wrong?

Cya,
auraseer.
