Very strange dream

Hello everyone i had a dream and in the dream i saw a circle with a line thru the center in attached to the back of my head and i heard a girls voice and she started telling me things like get more sunlight another one which was weird was she said Gods new son will not be born of a virgin. Was this a dream or was a spirit guide talking to me

It looks like you may have stumbled into the hypnopompic stage between wake and sleep. It's in this state where you can be wide open to hallucinations and believe them as real.
When you wake fully they are often dismissed as a peculiarity as you have already noticed.
Had you been closer to the physical, ypy may have found yourself in SP. Then depending on your knowledge, you use it to your advantage and project or panic and scare yourself to a stupor.
Its very unlikely to a guide, they guide you and generally this is very helpful. Your subconscious is where I'd point the finger. Like the conscious you, it too let's off steam, at times with strange dreams lol.
