GTP..seems we are having some similar experiences.[:D]

Just the other night, I was stuck in a dream also.  I was flying away from something, then it would catch up to me.  Once again I would take off, and it would catch up..[V] I was not scared in any way, but just getting REAL frustrated!!  I was lucid, just couldn't get out of this stupid LOOP..I finally got so frustrated that I yelled Arrrrrggggghhhh..The minute it was out of my mouth, I heard my physical body yell..LOL... Scared the doodie out of my hubby, whom started to shake and wake me up...I wish he wouldn't have cause, I could have AP at that moment.  But when he touched me, it brought me back to my physical.  He said I sounded like I was being attacked..LOL..he said I yelled at least three times, but I only heard my physical yell once..interesting..

How is it going? I was kinda hesitating to reply but well he he.. I have this magic word that I use to keep things away, it may actually bring a wind to blow away anything that might be disturbing you within the dream. Feel free to give it a try, it is HADDABOOJI

This is no joke [:P] it may seem funny but it works, I also told this to a friend of mine who was having scary dreams and he actually blew away a legion of what he called low spirits.

When I started using it it was very weak magic, it would only like build up an invisible wall between me and the the 'enemy', but last time I had to use it it blew away a truck into the sky and then disappeared. It seems the more people use it the stronger it gets.
Where does this silence come from?

When I was a kid I used to always got stuck in nightmares.  If I realized I was in a dream, and I liked the dream, I woke up.  If I realized I was in a nightmare and wanted to wake up, I couldn't.  I just thought God hated me.. hehe j/k.

I think it might have to do with anxiety, being afraid of not being able to wake up, made me not able to wake up, and being afraid of waking up, made me focus on waking up, and so i woke up.

P.S.  Have you watched Pet Cemetary recentlY?

sometimes a good thing to do is just to close your eyes and decide to go to sleep again. I once spent a few minutes in a dream being in the kitchen and nothing happened, so I just lay down on the floor and fell asleep ... much smoother than waking up
and when the day arrives
i'll become the sky
and i'll become the sea

and the sea will come to kiss me
for i am going
home

nothing can stop me now

Yes, this has happened to me twice. One dream I was in some hell far away place but in the same city. I could fly and it just felt so real I couldn't believe I could fly. I was flying around waving to everyone and then I flew to the train station to catch the train home. I kept thinking "hmmm maybe im in a coma". But once I got on the train and started heading home I woke up. Usually if you have these long dreams you dont get out till you fulfill the mission which in this case was to catch the train home.

My other dream was where I was at home and I was having dreams within dreams. I would awake from one dream and think I'm back in reality when it turns out im not. This went on for a while kept waking up from a dream and still being in the dream then sleeping again, etc.
One way to get out of a dream is to build up an emotion inside of you. Or you can try concentrating and thinking about 2 different things at once.

This was one of the most terrifying experience I've ever had. I was dreaming I was at my house and every room was dark. Suddenly all the pets that I've had that have died were there in the room with me. They seemed angry like I neglected them when they were alive. I realized it was a dream and tried to change the scenery and brighten the mood of the dream but nothing happened, so I tried to wake myself up but could not.

Everything was so real. I lost perspective of reality completly and thought I was somehow living a different life like an alternate reality or something. I panicked and started to cry. I closed my eyes and concentrated on my waking reality, trying over and over to wake myself up but nothing happened. I had full perspective of time passing. THIS WENT ON FOR 15-20 MINUTES! I was literally stuck in a dream! Finally I started to wake up and forced my eyes open and was fully awake, but emotionaly shook up. Has anything like this ever happened to any of you?
