A few days ago, I did a few hours of deep meditation. (Just starring at a burning flame with no thoughts)
After a few hours I became very weak, and decided to lay down. I then proceed to try the deep in thru nose out thru mouth..and mainly concentrated on breathing while still see the flame burning as my eye lids are closed. Body felt tingly, felt as if I was sinking deeper into the mattress as if an elephant was pushing me down. Then all of a sudden, I was 23 years back in time, in the home my mother lived in. It appeared to look as if it was my baptismal day, my mom,grandma and aunt were both in the kitchen getting all the meals planned out for a party, white baptismal dress laying on the chair in the kitchen. I tryed to speak to let them know i was there, couldnt talk. I was able to move around (Float) I was able to investigate the whole house from top to bottom except I was not able to leave the home. I have never been here and I took in every moment of it in from how it smelled to where every little item was placed,etc. There was a huge family fight between my mother and my godmother. I understood every single word even though I am not completely fluent in the language every one continued to move around me and thru me. But towards the end of my adventure, my godmother seen me, at least thats what it looked like. With evil piercing eyes she walked towards me and stopped. Then proceed to walk right thru me. During this I actually felt her walk thru me, not like the others but she felt more solid or was it just me waking from my state and thats why I felt it? Not really sure on any of this.. but later that day i asked my grandma 101 questions about the house and everything I said was a nail on the head from the smell in the air, to what pictures were hanging,etc.
Please any info on this, would be great I am extremely intrested in all of this and just wondering how can i trigger another one
Awesome! yes you had an out of body experience and travelled to the past. time travel is possible during out of body experiences. that is so great that your grandmother was still alive to validate all of this for you. now you can be sure that all of this is real, and not some idealistic mumbo jumbo wishy thinking humans wanting to be god complex... lol.
I don't know why you were stuck in her house, but it makes since to me that you were. Time travel has limitations. There are only certain periods of time you can visit. These periods of time become less and less the further you move away from the present. (Astral Projection, by Gavin Frost)
I haven't been able to astral project yet... for more than 30 seconds... or more than once... so I highly admire people who can. Keep practicing! That skill you're building is highly useful... you can visit your friend's houses even, just to prove to them that you're not psycho... :-P
oh yeah.. what does your grandmother think about the whole thing? did you tell her that you were so interested in the house because you wanted to validate your out of body experience? i'm wondering if she is spiritual, or open minded or what her reaction would have been.. i apologize if i'm being too nosey!

My grandmother was completely shocked with all the info I gave her. Even my mother and her sister (my aunt) were shocked because they grew up in this house. They do even remember the event which was my baptismal, and they did have a fight with my godmother that day. That was the part that shocked them. My mother was suppose to choose her sister for the event, but my grandmother insisted that it would be my aunt who was only family by marriage. She married my mothers, brother. And til this day, that argument still burns my mom;s sister, that she wasnt choosen and everyone fluently remembers the day.
But, like i said i was able to understand them in that event, I just had a hard time remembering the words when I wanted to ask.
My family is from Europe so arguments are never forgotten they are just kept quiet and never spoken about unless it was brought up, so this was all news to me when I asked them.
My mother has strong e.s.p skill which I tryed but I couldnt get it down. She can read a persons ora<- not sure on spelling. She can invision thing that will occure - deja vu. And I also have a brother who is 4 years younger, we both share some sort of communication between us and its almost like the twin theory. We both can come up with a sentence and say it word for word, like the game jinks when u say the same word the same time, except this is more than 1 word. We also communicate verbally and out loud to each other while we are both sleeping..freeked my mom out because here it is 3am and shes waking up to her kids screaming back and foward to each other. To get up and see they are both in bed in their own rooms, fast asleep and talking to each other. Dont know what that was all about, but really got my mom wondering, and it did occur more than once.
We were all raised on the theory ghost exsist, e.s.p is possible, o.b.e are real.
The part that always puzzles me is that I think i read this or possibly i was told this.. that people of the water sign, piecies,cancer and ? <- I think one more
Are more artistic in these talents.
Thats what puzzled me about what happened to me. No one was able to give me a yes or a no to what happened and also Im a leo-Fire sign The reason also I meditate over the candle something about the light and the warmth relaxes me to the point I feel as If Im on a tropical island alone. My mother-Piecies meditates over water like at the lake or beach. It is actually physically draining after the mediatation almost as if you can sleep forever. I havent experienced another one in a while and I am looking foward to another.
But if there are any really good books out there that u can suggested I would really appreciate it.
I also posted this message in a nother area this is what was given to me, so if this was an O.B.E I received 1 yes and 1 no...so still not positivly sure. But her is the response to the same question asked in the O.B.E forum
So again, I think Im left clueless and guessing and more responses would be great.

Frankly, (and this is just my inexpert opinion) I don't think you went OOB. I think your meditation triggered a long lost memory and when you went unconscious you revisited a scene long forgotten. Like your very own regression.

i disagree with that person. this is the difference between obe's and other things. in dreams, you have limbs and a body. in obe's you just float around like a ball of energy. in dreams, you interact with other people. in obe's you usually don't. also, in obe's you feel tingles, and vibrations, and sinking, and other sensations. in dreams, you only imagine those feelings. in dreams, you don't get things very accurate about the places you visit. in obe's you do.
so.. my conclusion.. is.. you had an obe.
also.. to go against the fact that you had a regression. it can't be a regression unless you were there to experience what happened. how would u know what happend while you were not around unless you were out of your body to go experience it?
