Waves of vibrations

Again, it happened after I slept for a long time.

I woke up and stood awake for an hour, then put some music and went to sleep. In my dream everything was there, the same music, could feel my cat in the exact same position. After some time I heard a voice saying "hop, hop" or something and a wave of vibration came into my right year that lasted for a few seconds. Didn't give it much thought the first time, then it happened again. I started panicking and tried moving, but my whole body was numb and I could only move it for a few millimeters. This happened for a couple more times before I woke up. My eyes were closed the whole time.

Just a bad dream? It felt like I knew I was sleeping and didn't want to be in a sleep paralysis.
