How often do you dream?

I dream literally every night.

Sometimes they are very "real" I don't like that word... but more... awareness. I'm surprised sometimes I don't get lucid or go into a full OBE with the amount of dreams I have a night. I do sometimes. I used to hate dreams because of how goofy they can be and nightmarish for me. Now it really shows what is on my subconscious. It helps me work things out in the physical. And if I can upgrade to a lucid dream or OBE during a regular dream it's like an instant "WHOA!" of awareness.

Do you dream everynight? If I wake up from a dream I immediately do the sweet spot technique I posted in the OBE section of the forum. It's good stuff.

daily also...

i can step back and watch the dream form sorta... hard to explain...

I can watch my dream like its on a screen also... but the slightest thing that catches my attention changes the dream...

example...Like if I see a red brick, it will remind me of my friends red jacket... than I totally shift the whole dream to that friend..

I dream every time I sleep, and I usually have pretty good recall when I wake up.

I usually have adventure-themed dreams, like a videogame, and my perception changes from first person to third person. For example, I was climbing up a pipe one time, and as I got halfway up my view went from inside my head to outside and to my left. It was cool though, because I could still feel my body but I wasn't looking from my normal perspective.

Also, my only OBE/LD experiences have been from upgrading my consciousness from my dream.

Objective Visualization - Your watching the dream, including yourself.

Subjective Visualization - your dreaming from your own eyes.

Is it possible to experience both at one time?

Sometimes I can see myself doing something during a dream but at the same time I'm seeing it through my own eyes.

This varies a lot for me. If I've done meditation the hours before I'm going to bed. I remember my dream when I wake up. Without meditation, not often.
Has anyone else noticed the same. Do you remember your dreams if you meditated before?

HindSight

Yes I feel I dream more or remember more of my dreams if I do some sort of meditation before bed.
