Lucid Dream Transition to OBE?

Last night I had the most vivid dream I ever had. It started with me shooting these nails into my back with a nail gun for some reason. A voice started talking saying if I shoot one more in I'm going to die, so I didn't. I decided to go to sleep with the pain of 2 nails in my back. After a while I started screaming and I woke up my parents. Not long after I noticed that my body (in my dream) started to vibrate, and I figure that I would be able to project from that point. I willed myself out of my body, and I started floating upwards towards my ceiling. I opened my eyes to see my body still in bed, but it was transparent, which isn't normal for an astral projection.

I floated over to my window only to find out I could NOT go through it. My astral body returned to my dream body. I tried again a minute later. I told myself this window isn't really here so I'm going to go through it. It took a minute but I was able to do so. When I got outside it was day time. I was on the ground and I said ok now I'm going to fly. At first I just jumped really high but then I decided to try the matrix technique. I crouched really low and put my fist up into the air. I was flying! I decided to stick around town for a while, and I saw all the houses as they are in real life.

Then I decided that I wanted to go somewhere far so I went up to Buffalo to see if my ex was there. Unfortunately I was unable to get there because I didn't know the direction I was going, so instead I just kind of flew aimlessly around the world. There was this one spot I stopped at where this guy was talking about how his mother was living in her trailer, so as I was floating I was able to find it. I went in to say hi and helped these people clean up the area around the trailer. Weird I know. Then I went out again to find myself in falling into a jungle in Africa where I ended up in a dark room. There were these 2 african women naked and they told me they wanted to have sex. Weird again.

I was unable to wake up for the longest time so I willed myself awake, which was a mistake because you're supposed to go back to your body before you wake up. After that I started lucid dreaming about the same things I was thinking about. Weird night but I think I might have OBE'd within my dream. Any suggestions on what happened?

One thing about getting lost on the way to Buffalo. . . I have usually found that it is easier to go to a person than a particular location since you have a stronger link to a person. So next time try just thinking about the personal qualities of your ex instead of the location since your ex is your intended target person anyway.  That way, you will go to them no matter what or where they may be.
