why is it hard for me to walk or talk in my dreams?

i always have trouble walkin and talkin in my dreams of course i dont realize im dreaming at the time but usually in a dream i wind up crawling to get somewhere or like running on my hands...wat could this mean?

It is probably one of the dreamworld natural laws, could be called Law of Frustration. If you're trying something too hard, then you're trying wrong, and it probably won't work. You were desperate to reach a certain destination, eager to hear what a dream character had to say, all that anxiety is bound to hinder any progress.

One time I even pretended to be in a hurry, just to see how it would go, as fast as I could I opened my window and tried to fly away, but soon I began falling straight into the depths of the sea. I'd rather be before a legion of demons than in the sea.

So what I'd say is go slow, for slow is fast, and soft is strong.
