Title: Wild or Mild Induction
Post by: thegreenone on December 05, 2011, 21:38:39
Hey everyone.

Iv'e been experimenting with Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming and decided i would start with my dreams. So my question to everyone is which method is more effective for you "Wild" or "Mild" induction. I have only experienced full Lucidity in my dreams once and had very little control of my dream and very short duration, so any tips or meditations used before would be very helpful.

-Peace-

I can only simply say, if you quiet the sound of your mind, it will fill with light.  As you meditate, residual imagery stored in close memory will filter through as intuitive bombs, like seeing things that need your attention.  As you silence the thoughts, visuals will filter in.  When you've reached the point where your mind is aware, but still, you will find no problem having a lucid experience, be it a fantasy that provokes intense emotion and impact in memory, or a trance that takes you to an alternate existence.  I'm not sure if you need all of your chakra.  I've heard that the chakra are portals, so try focusing on one chakra at a time until you get a result, and with that result, continue to open your portals.

I'm not really sure about all of that.  I just know that when you meditate, you get the potential that forms energy.  And with that energy, as you naturally activate it with your sentience, you achieve various levels of reality.
