Hello everyone,
In attempting a WILD I read that it is best to wake up between 4:30 and 5:00am. However, this is after falling asleep at what time?
I generally sleep later so I dont know exactly when to wake up.

Try two or three hours before your usual wakeup time, if this helps. The usual sleep cycle is (or should be) 2 four-hour cycles. So Figure on one four hour cycle, then two hours, wake up and start your technique.
