Will I leave?

I have dreamed for the second time so detailed that I am leaving. I do pack very meticulously my stuff; I give instructions to my sister what food is left behind me in refrigerator, so she can use it. There are some other personal items left behind and passed with much prudence to my sister too.
I do also feel intense feelings about the event itself; fear with peace of mind but overall regretting that I have to leave.
At the end I forget my passport and made my last speech to the fellows left behind: 'I wish you to be happy as much as I was, conditioned of their ability to make a certain person Hannah happy. If not I wish them to experience the same departure as mine'. I don't even know who is Hannah, but seems to be a woman.

What is going on? Where do I leave? WHY?
The first one about leaving, I have dreamed 2-3 months ago and still see vivid details which made me wonder why I had the second one.
