Need Help With NEW energy ways

When moving energy ive had pretty good results by expanding the awareness that you have, lets say in the hands, to where you want it to go. So instead of making the energy move from the hands up the arm or where ever else, very calmly take the awareness you have in your hands and expand it up the arm.

Your problem is probably lack of awareness of your body and some blocks in the secondary energy ports. And I think you're expecting results quicker than you're  capable at the moment.

Forget energy. Just use the moving awareness to chart out the routes from your hands, feet and main chakras to the subnavel area. Don't worry about energy just the awareness.
Once you get a nice sense of being conscious of the paths and areas use the sponging action to wipe energy from one point to another.

thanks i'll try that...umm also i had a question about something i'm seeing...when i focus on something i get kinda a tunnle vision and i have little blueish dark things swarming away from me in sorta a worm hole thing i always wondered what that was...maybe i'm just insane i dunno but if this is something you may know about please explain ^^

I just need help with energy movement...i can build it in areas but i cant move it anywhere! also i can build it without even trying when i try to build it in my hands and i can feel its energy completely i just cant move it anywhere...it would be great to move this energy in my hands seeing as its the strongest there...please help me out ^^
