Ki Ball Smoke

I tend to see a very slight distortion in the air when I create energy balls. I also have on some occasions seen tiny sparks. One time I even made one visible to myself, it was quite amazing!!

Hi all, i havny posted for a good while but i have decided to ask a question to those of you who know about ki and such. I have been working with energy development for about 1 year and a half and i have been lately trying a "ki Ball". After several weeks of trying i have began to notice a "smoke" forming where my ki i or should be between my hands. Is this normal ?
I may be crazy but i dont know so you tell me.
