Problems sleeping

Well, you made some changes within the "time-range" of your sleeping process... so it will obviously affect the way you go about sleeping.  Not sure if having less sleep is normal, but your sleeping patterns beating affected by a change, IS normal.

after doing energy/spiritual work some people do find that they don't need as much sleep the next night or the next few nights, so yes it is perfectly normal [:)].

if you want to sleep for eight hours though, try doing a good work out just after you get up in the morning, but don't stretch. then when you're lying in bed at night and your muscles are telling you they're stiff (whether it be right away or sometime in the middle of the night or whenever ^_^ ) do a full body stretch while laying in bed. nothing puts me to sleep (and good sleep too :D) faster than doing that [:)].

That same thing happened to me. I used to wake up at 4:00 in the evening but now I wake up at 9:00-11:00 in the morning.

I think it is a good thing because I have a longer day which makes it a worthwhile day rather than only having a few hours of daylight to do stuff.

After starting to work out with energies then I read that if a normal human Increases and uses 100 ki unites per day then a human that works out with ki and trains on it can use 200 or more unites of ki.
When you start manipulating energy then your body increases more ki and then you don't need as much ki as needed before because you body increases it much rapidly.

Hi all.Few days ago,i begin to practise breathing,and third eye meditations.And as soon,as i started from the first day,i have problems sleeping.Before i started,i was able to sleep for like 8-9 hours,and sometimes this was not enough.Now,when i begin to do third eye meditations,i can sleep like 4-5 hours,and when i wake up,i feel very fresh and ok.Does this happen to someone,is it normal?
