I must agree with Vikram, all is possible. Even more than you realize. In my eyes everyone is still a beginner in the fullest extent of the word when it comes to these forums. Also to get off topic for a minute; these people who you expect to be on the news when they doing something extraordinary will not be because they would be smarter than that. These more advanced practitioners know the consequences for displaying their power so they don't. If they did some government power would probably try to use their powers for evil by taking their families or something equally dreadful and they would have absolutely no privacy. (Back on topic) I'm willing to venture out on a guess and say that most people on these forums (including all other forums) practice energy development for about half an hour a day. I know that you shouldn't practice more than an hour day when you first start out but even after that people still practice only half an hour a day. Do athletes train for only half an hour a day. NO! They train for many laborious hours to get what they attain and so must we energy practitioners if we ever hope to exceed in our goals.
Don't try it. You'll turn into a japanese cartoon character and get beat up by a power ranger. (I'm just kidding psionic, that won't really happen)[;)]
Khuli follower, you are right about different practitioners not showing their abilities. All true sadhu's never show their abilities. My father knew a sadhu who had very extraordinary powers but never showed them. He came to know about his powers by the way the sadhu interpreted things.
Why do sadhu's take Sanyas(Breaking from worldly ties)???
Because they want to be alone and practice, meditate and know the answers to life. Believe me they meditate for all day and night.
my cousin watches this japanese cartoon called yu-yu hackusho or something like that. well the other day i was stuck at my aunts house and he was watching it. By what i saw they use a type of "spirit" energy to come out wit techniques much like any fighting ki sites. But in this one the techniques almost seemed possible. Some of them look totally and uterally impossible but a great deal from which i saw was possible if the practitioner had a suffcient amount of trainging. Some even looked possible to complete begginers. Any one care to comment.
