Well there is going to be an new member to astral pulse energy

development his name is nick he will be coming on as Spirt bomb14 or

gunmetal.Well ive been doing ki since the end of may 2003 I practice

a half an hour a day (usually before I go to bed).The one I told you

about nick has been going ki since july and I and Nick have

progressed.Im almost sure my 3rd eye is open and I can do a ki ball

not visible but I can feel it.Me and Nick were sparing at martial

arts then stoped for some water, when we were done with martial arts

we did ki while he was practicig his ki ball I was in a deep

meditation a deeper meditation than ive ever been in,well i got up

and I was thinking of special beam cannon and and I put my hand out

and charged it for like 3 minutes and I did'nt see it but I felt

something huge come out, I shot it at the sand and moved the sand a

bit and my friend had senced the power (he learned the sencing power

from the teachings of ki)and said he felt a huge dash in his stomach

(witch means that my power was enormus) and I call this the double

finger blast

take yuor hands back like in final flash and concentrate ki on that spot

bring your hands together and cross your pinky and your ring finger and point your middle and index finger outward and put your thumb down on your index fingers

now concentrate your ki on your middle and index finger

visualize your thumb as a trigger and when there is enough ki stored in each hand lift your thumb as a guns trigger going off and there sould be a powerful beam following a ki ball
