ANYONE HELP ME

Can anyone PLEASE teach me how to open my chakras? Just dont give me the methods which are on Joy of Satan (http://meditations.joyofsatan.com) they use chants, and I hate using chants.

Also, many people here talk about "NEW"
So what is "NEW"

Oks thanks for that. I always thaught NEW was like a product you had to buy or something. Anways, ive decided that I will do Void Meditation for atleast a month, and then go on to energy work or NEW.

Thats the most basic and simplest form of Meditation. Its good for me, as im like a beginner. How long do I do it for?  10 mins because im new. I will do maybe 10 minutes with eyes closed and then 10 minutes with eyes open.

Yeah, you should read about NEW, it is easy to learn and results can be seen very quickly.
