Well Basicly you can start out whith a match. Try to make the flame go brighter, smaller, bigger, or whatever. If you can manage that succesfully you can blow out the match and try to light it again by concentrating on it. Hope this helps.

I got an idea bud!, Instead of visiolising the object catching fire, Why not think of the flame as energy!, With your third eyes, THen in your third eye conitrate on it tell It soo tright the eergy within a ball THat it jsut expliods! and lights the match
AFte ru can do it easy do 8 green candles around u an practice
for it is need for some blesses if u ever do them
