I have some questions........

is astral sight just another word for hypnogogic imagery???

In my opinion, no.  When I see hypnogogic energy, to me that is exactly what it is: imagery.  They are images that I see before me that I am not controlling.

Astral site, to me, is when I can see whole environments and they are stable.  They aren't changing every other second like hypnogogic imagery.

is  weather or not you get astral sight down to how developed  the brow chakra is???

I wouldn't know about this.  I don't really do any chakra work, so if mine is developed, it's a natural development without my knowledge.

and should astral  sight be in the real-time-zone?

I would say no, astral site could be in any zone.

My understanding is that hypnogogic imagery is different from real time sight, which is different from astral sight.  Hypnogogic imagery is your physical brain flashing brief images, just random things.  Real time sight is viewing the "Real time zone", Astral sight is viewing the astral plains/higher levels, both without having an OBE.

I believe they are both related to the brow chakra, but I'm not 100% on that.

thanks for the feedback,   i beleive  i have had astral sight but i can only maintain it for a few seconds as i get over-excited....

I  think it was astral sight, but it was in another part of my house which would be impossible to see from where i train for OBE's.
So...
IS astral sight limeted to  where your physical  vision would be limeted to?

No, you can astrally "see" anything.  I believe some would call this form of astral site "clairvoyance."

Nope. It would then be described as remote viewing. This is described in at least Robert's book (I recall reading about similar elsewhere but can't recall the title)
It seems to me though, that remote viewing and OBE are the same thing except for in the sace of remote viewing the astral body is reduced to a point consciousness.
I don't think I've experienced either so this is only from a theoretical POV. I'll know better after some hand-on practise.
