Burned circle on chest?

My initial reaction was to tell you that you don't have to worry about it because marks which appear as a result of doing energy work tend to heal quickly and go away. After reading that you see it as a good thing, perhaps it would be better to suggest that you document it somehow, by taking a picture or drawing a sketch of it. A photo, digital or otherwise, would be better than a drawing because it would be more complete. When it heals and disappears (often without leaving any evidence afterward) you might want to have the evidence in another form that it really had been there. Just in case you have doubts after the fact and for your own personal reference.

Yea, its true, it gradually faded away over probably around the next hour.  I can still see it pretty vividly in my mind, and I dont think that I would ever forget it.  I've drawn sketches on where it was, and it helped me out a lot in seeing the beauty and symmetry in the design of the human form.  so much geometry to it.  You can make a perfect hexagram with the six points of your shoulders elbows and hips when you put your hands on your hips. Your nipples and belly button form a triangle around where the circle appeared.  I just started noticing more and more coincedences.  Those doors just wouldnt shut.  I even got to the point where I was worried about it being something like the Mark of the Beast.  The zero concept is pretty scary at first, and this was a big 0 right on me.  Anyway. That experience has gotten me where I am today.

I have been touched similiar to you. It is an amazing experience. I did not get the burn/mark that you did, but felt the touch. As you are already figuring out, nothing to be alarmed about. I have had energy burns in other places, and they heal quickly. Mine left a sun tan like spot for a while.

Congradulations to you. There is nothing else that compares with what you felt.

no need to feel worried or nervous here (i hope). i have also posted some personal stuff that could easily get me thrown in the psycho ward, as have many others here. if anyone does criticize you, just wait until everybody else starts picking on that person    just kidding.

yes, many others have had spiritual experiences like yours. heck, the experience you posted was almost exactly like one i had that i can't recall if i have posted it here or not. but i was in a park somewhere pondering the "truths of life" when i realized something completely destructive to my soul and i started weeping and bawling and crying for what seemed like forever, but was probably only two or three minutes. i also felt a pain in my chest that was so intense that it felt like it would melt my chest. when it was all over, i never thought to look for a mark (because i was preoccupied with what dropped the pain, which i think i did post somewhere in here).

if you aren't interested in the metaphysical yet, when you read through many of the posts here, you will probably be curious at least. kinda like the first step in a long journey. hope you make it to the end.

Hi, I am a super newbie.
 I have only been aware of the intense energy of the spirit since the 10th of Febuary 2001. On that fateful night while sitting in the bathtub trying to calm my brain down from pondering and writing my feelings on religion, the purpose of life, etc.  Having everything seem so clear and simple in a Tree of Life perspective, and a feeling of how God truly exists and sincerly loves each and every one of us.   My concious fought with itself over being loved and not being worthy of it, until an overwhelming burning feeling filled my chest, and hunched me over from the intensity.  I bawled for what had to be a few minutes.  
 I stopped myself, forced myself to lay back and relax, to calm down.  When I laid back I looked down at my chest, and saw a circle where I now understand to be the Solar Plexus.  Rigged and somewhat darkened, like burnt skin.  Seeing this gave me an overwhelming sense of love, and compassion, a sign even.  
 I feel a little nervous posting this out on a forum, because it was so personal and spiritual.  I just am curious to know if anyone else out there has had any similar experiences.
