5th Chakra going like crazy

Hi OBErs

I got  this problem.. when trying to project, the vibes are coming and then I feel the 5 chakra really active. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't force me to swallow.
Every time it's like: relaxation.. vibes.. swallowing, than the vibes disappear, I wait... relax, the vibes come and I have to swallow.
I really feel the 5 chakra active.

Any advice/experience?

oh yes it is, happens to me also, and yes i hate that, it makes me swallow and excrement,

lots of people find that as a problem ive noticed, for starting

apperantly after many trials, this moment becomes easily comfortable and it shouldn't be such a problem

Oh it's not the heart one. It's the one above. The one between heart and brow. I know that's not so usual but would appreciate any advice.

i feal everyone has different intensities in different chakra points

your throat chakra is probably very active

the only advice i heard on my heart chakra problem is after a while you get so used to it, it's there but not a hinderence (i hope hinderence was a propper term, better use the word Problem in place of that so i dont look stupid) haha ironic.. anyways
