Sometimes?  I guess it depends how deep I am and what I'm doing?  For me, the deeper I am the less superfilous movement I have.  At some point I can't tell, heck, I can't tell if my eyes are open or closed sometimes and it doesn't matter.  Same goes for breathing, which can be bad if I'm not breathing because I'm overfocusing on something.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

I've just started moving awareness and whilst I have my eyes closed, and I'm not looking at where I'm focusing, some part of my 'vision' is doing the stirring/stroking motion.  It's really odd, because I have studied this strangeness, and don't really know what it is.  Perhaps it is the 'astral eye' moving round.  But I can keep my 'real' eyes focused on the blackness behind my eyelids, but still something is mimicking the motion in my head.

My energy raisings automatically time with my breathing. It's more natural i feel and easier this way. I just don't think about it. No eyes movement though.

simple question, do your eyes move when you move your awareness?
I don't have to look at the part i'm focusing on, but for some reason my eyes move in the same direction.  Also, I find that it is a lot easier to move my awareness around if I time it with my breathing... does anyone else feel this way?
