Anyone get a twitchy nose bridge & sinus area?

Huuuh Steppenwolf,
as to the nose area, when I wake up my right nostril usually is closed. If I do FBC and come to the nose area, it just opens with a blop.
That twitchy felling usually is a sign for too much energy, concentration on that spot. When you bring the energy down into the subnavel center, the feeling will be releaved after a while. When you work too hard on a single spot, you will get that twitching, pressure etc. This may eventually end in activating a higher center, but if you have some underlying health problems at that spot, the sinoids in your case maybe, this can be activated as the body takes the surplus energy  (trying) to heal. An activated chronical disease can be very nasty.
The oozy feeling of the eyes may also be related with the sinoids.

Let it run(FBC)

If you want to be really silly, go up to another psi you know, charge your fingers, reach out, and put them around the person's nose--without touching their nose, twist.

The results provide a small amount of juvenile humor as they frantically scrub at their face...or try desperately not to.

I think I read somewhere that the tip of the nose has something to do with a proper kundalini awakening. I think yoga people breath with their focus on the tip of their nose because it brings in more prana. All I know is that if I feel like making my brow all tingly, but I can't, all I have to do is focus on the tip and bridge of my nose, and it seems to light the fire all the way up and to the sides of my forehead. Maybe the tingles are following the sinus cavities.

Thanks for the replies!

Goku22 - are you really a kundalini fire-man?  That must be amazing...  What do you do with it?!?  There's no fire involved for me of course.  The strongest it gets is with music I get the weirdest tingling waves all over me, like they're pulling in different directions.  Search on www.audiogalaxy.com for "diva soundtrack aria" and that opera track is very powerful!

Grüße Helmut!  Was heißt übrigens FBC?  Actually I don't focus on this 3rd eye very much at all any more but now I often have the twitchy sinus area.  Seems to be an odd thing to have.  And what are the dangers if someone activates an area where there is a health problem?  Don't think I have heard about that before!

Hi Winged Wolf - you are quite the poster!  Actually one thing I haven't been able to do is really charge my hands.  I just never got much of a response when I've tried in the past.  Perhaps it takes a lot of continual effort?

Cheers!

No, I've only read about kundalini, I don't think my system is quite ready for that yet. I did mean it when I said concentrating on the bridge seemsed to light the fire up my brow, it feels warm and there is so many random sensations, it almost feels like it's on fire. But only on my brow, that center and my crown seem to be the most naturally active, I have balance the others for a long time before I even think of a kundalini awakening.  Ben

Hallo Steppenwolf,
FBC(full body circuit) if you read AD. If you put much energy into a spot of chronical disease you may activate it to an acute level, which is a way of the body to get rid of it. It`s a good sign if that happens, but it`s nasty like any acute sickness. Do you speak german?

Viele Grüsse aus Deutschland
Helmut.

Servus Helmut!

Yep - I know about the full body circuit but just didn't recognise the abbreviation.  And maybe I should try to focus more energy on my geenral neck where I have some long-time mild problem.  Interestingly when I first started focusing between my eyes I developed an unpleasant rash between my eyebrows!  Luckily some antiseptic cream got rid of it quite quickly.

Hey Ben - interesting that you get a feeling of warmth.  I only get pressure and a sort of "bubbling" feeling at the brow centre, though I try not to pump energy there as I haven't got into energising the rest of my body enough yet and I take Robert Bruce's warning seriously!  Can I ask what activity feels like in the crown?  And how do you stimulate that?  Just raising energy there, or something else?

Tschüß!

Hi steppenwolf

I only get the warmth if I focus for a long time, which I don't do very often, because, like you, I want to get the rest of me more developed. For me, the crown feels like a few fingers are floating around, just inside the top of my skull, gently moving stuff around. I know Robert describes a time when he was in very deep meditation and his crown was fully active and it felt like a thousand fingers massaging his sclap, this feels like maybe four or five fingers. You know how you can make your hands tingly, just by focusing on with your sense of touch (no awareness hands or movement or anything, just a strong tactile focus)? Well, I just do that on my crown and it starts reacting pretty much right away. It might just be easy to do because I do the full body circuit alot, but I'm pretty sure it was easy when I first started NEW, so I guess it's natural. I wish all of my centers were that easy, my heart center, especially, has problems reacting to stimulation (except for projection attempts, it fires up during those).  Ben

Hello Wolf,
I also have this peculiar thing with my nose!
Since I've been doing energy exercises (like the FBC), I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and (just) my nose is 'vibrating'.
(this is the first time I'm not afraid to tell somebody!)
To me it feels the same as the vibrational state in other body parts, but I was puzzled why I would just feel it in my nose!
So the 'awakening kundalini'-explanation sounds feasible to me.
Anyway, I have no new information to offer you, just the feeling that you are not alone out there!
Take care!

Howdy Anne-Marie -

Actually I think what I have has nothing to do with kundalini rising (no fire) and Helmut is right on the money as it's solely due to focusing between the eyes.  (It's twitching right now.)  I must do Full Body Circuits!  I must do Full Body Circuits!

Hello!

Before I came across New Energy Ways, I would often just focus on my 3rd eye spot between my eyes until I had a feeling of pressure there.  That was cool, except after a while I would feel this pressure during work and not be able to shut it off.  Really distracting!

But what I am most interested to know is if anyone has ended up with an occasionally twitchy bridge of the nose or sinus area.  I never remember ever getting this before and now I get it on a regular basis.  Does anyone think this is connected?

Also it reminds me of another weird feeling - I'd often get a feeling at the outer corners of my eye which was just weird.  Maybe like something was oozing out of there?  Not totally pleasant but bearable.  Ring any bells?

Cheers!
